ingredients:
- for the chocolate layer:
- 1 cup (240 g) cacao butter or coconut oil
- ½ cup (60 g) hummble calm cacao (sifted)
- 6 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp sea salt
- for the peanut butter layer:
- ½ cup (120 g) organic peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
instructions:
- prepare the chocolate layer:
- melt the cacao butter or coconut oil in a double boiler or in the Thermomix at 50 degrees. stir in cacao powder, maple syrup, and sea salt until smooth.
- assemble the cups:
- assemble silicon muffin moulds.
- pour a small amount of chocolate into each and add a dollop of peanut butter on top, then cover with the remaining chocolate.
- set and enjoy:
- freeze for 20–30 minutes or place in refrigerator for 1-2 hours until fully set. enjoy your creamy, rich peanut butter chocolate cups!
