warm 200ml milk or water.
add 1 tbl (10g) of hummble into a mug.
pour a small splash of warm milk into the mug and stir into a smooth paste.
add the remaining warm milk or water and stir (or whisk) until silky.

fill a glass with ice and 200ml of your favourite milk.
in a separate small cup, mix 1 heaped tablespoon (10g) of hummble with a splash of hot water to form a smooth paste.
pour the paste into your glass of milk and stir well to combine.

every blend begins with a purpose, crafted by our food scientist and nutritionist co-founder, balancing organic botanicals, mushrooms, and adaptogens for daily support. we source only certified organic, sustainably grown ingredients, chosen for their purity, potency, and ability to nourish the body and mind.
taste + trial + small batch
each recipe is tested, tasted, and refined (over hundreds of cups!) until it delivers both flavour and function. once perfected, our blends are handcrafted in small batches on the Sunshine Coast, preserving freshness, quality, and the heart behind every sip.

is hummble sweetened?
elevate cacao has no added sugar—just pure cacao flavour.
awaken and calm use organic panela (rapadura): a mineral-rich, unrefined cane juice that retains natural molasses, iron, magnesium, and calcium.
we never use refined sugar, sugar alcohols (like erythritol), or artificial sweeteners.
are the blends gluten-free, dairy-free, and allergen-friendly?
yes! all hummble blends are 100% plant-based, certified gluten-free, and dairy-free. we use no gums, fillers, or artificial additives. every batch is third-party tested for gluten, heavy metals, moulds, and pesticides.
is there caffeine in the blends?
cacao naturally contains a small amount of caffeine (around 10–15mg vs coffee’s 80–120mg). it also contains theobromine, which gives a gentler, longer-lasting lift no jitters, no crash.elevate cacaoincludes maca and siberian ginseng for extra clarity and stamina.
are the blends safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding?
our blends are made with whole, organic ingredients including herbs and functional mushrooms used traditionally for centuries. however, research on adaptogens during pregnancy and breastfeeding is still limited. we always recommend speaking with your healthcare provider and listening to your body and your baby.

hummble was born while we were travelling around australia in our self-converted motorhome, making memories with our children and experimenting with recipes on the road. we trialled over 1,000 cups to perfect our first blend—awaken cacao—crafted in the tiny kitchen that started it all.
born in Noosa.
in 2021, we fell in love with noosa, a coastal town that shaped our pace, our palette, and our purpose. it was here we hand-blended and sold our very first batch of hummble. we still run our small family business from the sunshine coast today, blending each batch with the same care, intention, and coastal calm.
